Lecturer: Dr. Klaus Kindler

 The webinar started at 10:00 AM Tehran time with the welcome of Ms. Mina Alavash, International Director of Asre Qalam Institute to the participants and chaired by the Ahwaz Chamber and the German professor.

After introducing the professor and the content of the webinar, Ms. Alavash continued her speech; I feel happy that, despite all the problems in the Corona crisis which is the resulting of economic crisis, this company has been able to maintain its relationship with European institutions in order to improve the activities of industry managers for quality exports and branding.

Ms. Amoori, President of the Ahwaz Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, after Ms. Alavash, spoke about the activities of the Ahwaz Chamber and also the importance of leadership management in different organizations and its impact on increasing productivity.

At 10:30 a.m., Dr. Kindler, the Professor of Leadership Management, began his talk with the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) on the need for further advances in business management principles and the core theme of excellence in leadership competence.

Dr. Kindler went on to address the following issues;

Dr. Kindler also answered questions from the audience while teaching, and an exercise was conducted by the audience.
