The 4th Conference on

“New Systems for Job Creation and Entrepreneurship” was held successfully by Asre Goftego Qalam Institute with full observance of health protocols – 21th Oct 2020

According to the public relations of the Cultural and Artistic Institute “Asre Goftego Qalam”, the 4th conference on “New Systems for Job Creation and Entrepreneurship” was held with the presence of a number of superior entrepreneurs, CEOs, investors and lecturers.

Dr. Ramin Asadi, Investment Manager of the Inclusive Employment Project of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, stated that in current situation, modern works are being done through cyberspace and new types of entrepreneurship.

Then he added:  “Facilities alone cannot create jobs, and the most important thing is that people can gain the ability to be in the business world. Once they got it, they can come up with an idea by using the facilities.”

He continued that in the field of services and agriculture, there are good opportunities for entrepreneurs to start working, and in this regard, knowledge and awareness of agricultural science is a priority for them. As the new technology on this industry has been improved, the attention to product chains, packing and export quality are the essentials.

Dr. Ali Tabarestani, Secretary of the Working Group for the Promotion of Engineering Services of the Building Engineering System Organization, mentioned that: “The entrepreneurial infrastructure is to create a platform for people to acquire knowledge and skills, to be on the path of business.”
He added: “Training and supporting of infrastructures are two important components.” This Training and capacity building is manifested in various forms, such as women’s empowerment, participatory projects, entrepreneurship and job creation. Furthermore, the support for domestic goods and local production partnerships which can be held on creation of conferences as a platform for dialogue and the conversation between the body of the private and government sectors modifies the rails so that the right path can be chosen.”

Dr. Davood Fadaei from the Tehran Association of Entrepreneurial Services said: “Entrepreneurship in Iran is not everyone’s business, if entrepreneurship is not based on innovation, it is doomed to failure; due to the lack of innovation, newly established factories are halfway”.

Also, at the end of the conference, the top entrepreneurs were honored.
