Subject: How to run successful companies for productivity improvement
Day 1:
The webinar started at 10:00 a.m. with the welcome to the participants by Ms. Alavash , the Director of Education and International Department of AGQ Institute and also the introduction of the lecturer & the contents. She spoke about the activities of the DMAN Academy and the cooperation of AGQ Institute in holding educational events in the form of seminars – webinars (at the present time of the Corona virus pandemic), as well as educational tours to Germany.
Prof. Fred Ludolph began his lecture at 10:30 a.m. based on the following subjects:
– Time Travel to the world of VUCA, including (fluctuations – uncertainty – complexity and ambiguity)
– Familiarity with the industrial revolutions / Emphasis on revolution 0.4
– 10 successful steps in increasing productivity
– Open Space technology
– The impact of using Kaizen system in increasing productivity
– The importance of preparing a business plan and its impact on advancing organizational goals
Prof. Ludolph continued his lecture by pointing out the semantic difference between Complexity and Complicatedness in productivity, and also pointed out the importance of changing managerial performance since 1970s to the model of leadership and teamwork.
The topic of “Digital Transformation” in the corporate layers, as well as the Companies’ structure and goals was another important educational target of the webinar.
The financial issues, raw materials of the company, and the procedures of using them in a business plan / business model as the firms ‘properties were pointed out as the important topics of Prof. Ludolph which were presented in several PowerPoint slides along with practical and effective examples in order to invest or enter the international market.
Day 2, afternoon ( 14:00 p.m to 17:00 )
Lecturer: Mr. Shahram Misaghi

Subject: Company registration laws/ receive a business license in Germany and get acquainted with the legal prohibitions of business
In the afternoon of the second day, Mr. Nahhas, DMAN Director Management of MENA & Africa, spoke about the academy’s cooperation with AGQ Institute and the satisfaction of the lecturers with the way seminars and online training courses are held By this institute. Moreover, he declared that the courses held at the DMAN Academy are certainly more effective in terms of project presentation by participants, visits of factories and B2B/B2C meetings. Finally, he mentioned the importance of the Academy Certificate in the participants’ business resumes.
Regarding the rules and regulations for registering companies in Germany, Mr. Misaghi began his lecture by talking about the types of company registrations (private join stock or limited liability companies) and the costs associated with registration. He also pointed out the importance of opening a bank account, which is done right after registration in the business office of each Germany state and the approval of the court.
Mr. Misaghi continued: The service industry is the largest and most growing economic sector in Germany. In 2019, about 69% of the total added value was generated to the service sectors.
Other important areas of service, hospitality and transportation, around € 495 billion, are corporate service providers.
Most of the taxable companies in the service sector in Germany are in the field of trade, repair and maintenance of motor vehicles.
At the end of the webinar, Mr. Misaghi presented useful guidance on the family residence of business owners in Germany along with their children’s education.
It is worth mentioning that the participants in the webinar will be presented with a valid certificate of DMAN Academy.
