The First Vocational Training Tour to South Korea and Japan

Our journey began in South Korea, where we visited the Hyundai showroom in the Gangnam district as part of our pre-arranged itinerary. The showroom featured the latest classic car models, heavy-duty vehicles, and several robotic systems for painting, door, and window installation.

Several videos were presented on Hyundai’s fuel system and its commitment to clean air in the showroom’s film hall. Hyundai’s experts explained the company’s dedication to environmental sustainability and the importance of protecting public health, especially for children.

Visitors had the opportunity to sit in any vehicle of their choice and explore the in-car systems firsthand.

Japan – Tokyo

The Second Event of the Vocational Training Tour in Tokyo, Japan.

The second event of this educational and business tour took place in Tokyo, Japan. A seminar on Kaizen (continuous improvement with a focus on eliminating inefficiencies) was held at The Prince Tokyo Hotel, featuring a keynote speech by Mr. Sugiura. The seminar covered 5S principles and organizational strategies for continuous improvement, followed by a Q&A session where participants’ questions were addressed.

The next speaker was Ms. Mina Alavash, who discussed essential aspects of drafting international business contracts. She emphasized the importance of negotiation meetings in finalizing secure and effective trade agreements and ensuring safe international business communications.

At the conclusion of the seminar, participants were awarded certificates of attendance from the WBA Organization.
