In this seminar, held at 2:00 PM at the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industries (CCI), the first speaker, Ms. Francoise Guerin the Director General of HR, announced a welcome message from the President of the Paris Chamber of Commerce to Iranian business activists and said: “This Chamber of Commerce is ready to help Iranian traders and business people in any fields of businesses.” The Paris Chamber’s Human Resources Director also spoke about the activities of this department and the practical training designed for the Paris Chamber members, which is effective in improving their organizational situation. The second speaker was Prof. Gregory Berkovic, the president of GB2A Group, he spoke about the legal standards for company registration in the EU and the residency regulation.

Mr. Baki Maneche and Mr. Jean Charles Albitre continued the seminar by expressing the important points in the Commercial contracts and also about the challenges the traders may face many problems if they ignore them. They also spoke about termination, Force majeure, and arbitrations.

Then Ms. Mina Alavash addressed the key points in drafting international commercial contracts. She began with the initial agreements formed during the negotiation sessions between the parties, commonly referred to as a preliminary agreement (Agreement or Contract) or Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Ms. Alavash stressed the importance of using specialized legal terminology due to its legal significance in such documents. She added that identifying the signatories of the agreement or contract is one of the most critical aspects of drafting.

After the seminar in Paris, the speakers answered many questions.

Spain – Barcelona:

This seminar and meeting were held at the Chamber of Commerce of Valls. In this meeting, the President of the Chamber of Commerce welcomed the Iranian business group and announced that this group could cooperate with Spanish companies in many fields. He continued: I hope that this Chamber of Commerce will have beneficial business interactions with Iranian private companies in most business cases in the future.

The second speaker was Mr. Manel Fernandez who spoke about the legal standards for the EU contracts and also the trading possible transactions between Iranian & Spanish traders.

In this meeting, several experts from the Chamber of Commerce conveyed detailed statistics on the interactions of the Valls Chamber of Commerce, explaining the situation to Iranian business activists.
