• Negotiation is the first and the most important of the business contract law.
• At first, everyone has to find out the parties credit information. The participants in the negotiation should be the authorized people in a company and they should be able to use their time in the meeting on the purpose of the contract.

Termination breach and its consequences- disputes and finally arbitration- the importance of governing law on contract and the venue of contract suit and finally Mr. Luzo ended his part about the importance of signatures and their authorization.
