Specialized Seminar on Crisis Management, Business Intelligence, and Business Regeneration During Wartime- June 15, 2026

The first speaker, Ms. Mina Alavash, discussed amendments to commercial Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs). She emphasized the importance of revising key contractual provisions, particularly force majeure clauses, and highlighted the need to prepare supplementary addenda to existing agreements. These addenda should address potential wartime conditions, crises, and other unforeseen circumstances in order to reduce risks and prevent future disputes between parties.
The second speaker, Dr. Alireza Yousefi, presented on the Manifesto of Diverse Business Intelligence Models. During his presentation, he addressed topics such as crisis management manifestos for businesses, the role of business intelligence during periods of crisis, and evolving social expectations in times of uncertainty. The third speaker, Professor. Fred Ludolph joined the seminar online from Hamburg, Germany. His presentation focused on intelligent regeneration, reconstruction strategies, and business recovery and growth during wartime conditions. He provided practical and valuable solutions for companies that had lost part or all of their operations due to war and conflict. The presentation highlighted the importance of strategic planning, innovation, and the identification of new opportunities to facilitate business recovery and sustainable growth.
