France – Paris:
Date: 15th, December, 2025
Morning Session
On Monday morning, 15 December 2025, a delegation of Iranian economic activists visited the Palace of the French National Assembly following prior coordination. During this visit, the economic delegates met and held discussions with Dr. Aida Hadizadeh, President of the France–Iran Friendship Association at the National Assembly.
During the meeting, questions were raised regarding ways to enhance and strengthen commercial relations between the Iranian and French business communities. Dr. Hadizadeh addressed these questions and described the outlook for cooperation between Iranian and European economic activists as promising and encouraging.
Afternoon Session
Speakers: Mr. Baki Maneche – Mr. Jean Charles Albitre – Ms. Mina Alavash
The seminar, which commenced at 1:30 PM in one of the halls of La Démocratie, Paris, began with a presentation by Ms. Mina Alavash, who addressed the essential considerations in drafting international commercial contracts. She explained that the contract drafting process typically begins with the preliminary agreements reached during negotiations between commercial parties, which are commonly documented in the form of an Agreement or a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Ms. Alavash emphasized the importance of using precise legal and technical terminology in such documents, given their legal implications.
Subsequently, Mr. Baki Maneche and Mr. Jean-Charles Albitre, as the following speakers, welcomed the Iranian managers and industry leaders and continued the session with in-depth discussions on dispute resolution mechanisms, arbitration, arbitration centers, contract termination and its legal consequences, as well as force majeure provisions.
At the conclusion of this segment, both speakers responded to key questions raised by participants regarding international commercial contracts.
Italy – Rome:

The seminar, held at 3:00 PM at the CBA Law Firm, covered a range of topics, including an overview of taxation matters, real estate, and investment in international commercial contracts, as well as business interactions within the Italian market.
The speakers, in the order listed above, addressed key subjects ranging from company registration in Italy to taxation and commercial disputes encountered by European, particularly Italian, business operators. During the seminar, Dr. Arianna Valenza, one of the managing partners at CBA Law Firm, announced the firm’s readiness to accept legal cases for Iranian businesspeople, covering all stages from contract drafting to litigation and adjudication. She further noted that the firm’s legal team is capable of handling residency procedures for Iranian nationals in Italy, as well as reviewing case matters online and advancing legal processes in coordination with international counterparts.
Other CBA speakers elaborated on investment procedures in Italy, emphasizing that such investments can be carried out legally under the supervision of the Bank of Italy and with the guidance of CBA’s legal advisors and consultants.
Another speaker at the seminar was Dr. Pier Luigi d’Agata, Secretary General of the Italy–Iran Joint Chamber of Commerce, who presented highly detailed statistical data on exports and imports related to bilateral trade between the two countries. He also expressed the Joint Chamber’s readiness to cooperate, both in Iran and Italy, on matters concerning the export and import of goods.
At the conclusion of the seminar, a consultation and B2B session was held between Iranian and Italian business representatives, during which all participants’ questions were addressed.
