During the training, Prof. Fred Ludolph mentioned the following topics:

  • The economic crisis (economic conditions and volatility of the capital market)
  • Ways to motivate employees
  • Customer service (distinguishing your company from competitors)

He said: The manager of a company should move toward the goal with desire and show its employees that it is high spirited. Your managerial performance and role as a manager are crucial.

All people working in a company must move toward the same goal, even if the goal has changed, with the whole team managing, your team moving to a new goal.

Prof.Fred ludolph commented on Iran’s economic situation: “In times of economic crisis, money comes first. If your liquidity is low, you can’t easily get out of the crisis.” Of course, the economy in Iran is strong. The situation in Iran these days is like Russia’s in 1998, when all countries were disappointed with Russia, but Russia was able to overcome those problems; I believe that any crisis creates an opportunity, so you have to be economical. Work on your nationality, focus, don’t give up and pay attention to solutions.

He continued: “In such economic conditions and fluctuations, you must prepare yourself for the next five or ten years.” In difficult situations, a flexible and creative company can be successful and suffer the least damage with such problems. Of course, most companies around the world are not flexible because they have a stable structure and this is very dangerous.

“Try to find different customers,” said Ludolph. Distinguish yourself from competitors. Also, do things in the service sector that are different for customers and better than competitors.

He said that the manager of a company should move towards the goal with enthusiasm and show his employees that he has a high morale. Managerial performance and your role as a manager are very important. Everyone in a company needs to move toward a common goal, even if the goal changes. The whole team will move toward a new goal with your team management.

On the second part of the Conference , Mr. Francois Viallet , recommended some important issues about trading in EU markets.

“I started my job at a French company as a technical officer and after a while I was appointed Middle East sales manager,” said French sales manager MR. Francois Viallet. I have been working with Iranian companies for almost nine years, the purpose of today’s program is how to present and showcase your products in Europe.

He added: “Firstly, we are talking about Iran-France exchanges as well as France-Iran. We should say that the volume of global exchanges from France to Iran in 2018 was about 895 million euros, which is 40% less than the amount of exchanges in 2017.

At the end of the seminar, in a special ceremony, a valid international certificate from DMAN Academy School was awarded to the participants.
