At first, Ms. Mina Alavash thanked Mr. Michel Jonqueres, the President of the MEVO Association, and his colleagues for holding the meeting in the association and for their warm welcoming to Iranian businesspeople on behalf of herself, AGQ, and the group of Iranian CEOs & business owner from Private sector, then she found this opportunity and showed a clip of Asre Qalam Institute’s successful activities in Europe since 2016.

Mr. Michel Jonqueres, CEO of MEVO Entrepreneurship Company, shook hands with each Iranian manager and got to know their activities. Then, after welcoming the Iranian businessmen, he expressed his desire to cooperate in industrial projects with Iranian companies and expressed his happiness that Iranians always care about the quality of their goods and their commercial relations with Europe and other countries.

Mr. Jean-Francois Benon, the CEO of the startup company Comite d’expansion economiqe under the MEVO association, was another speaker who also announced his readiness to invest and accompany Iranian projects. Mr. Benon gave detailed explanations about the new innovations of this start-up company in the aviation-agriculture and construction industry, and in this regard, several Iranian companies also expressed their company’s innovative activities, which were aligned with the start-up company CEEVO, in the meeting.

Mr. Hadj Mustapha ALLAL, regional manager of GALAXIA company, talked about the company’s first project, which was women’s and men’s perfume, and then introduced several new petrochemical projects of GALAXIA company.

In this meeting, Fawzi Baba Ali talked about digital marketing and the success of this system in international business interactions and introduced some application examples.

Training Seminar Venue: Lawyer’s office in Paris Lawyers Bar

Seminar on legal challenges of international trade.

The legal seminar started at 9:30 in one of the offices of the Paris Bar Association. In this meeting, Mr. Baki Maneche talked about the importance of negotiation before concluding the contract and then he mentioned the challenges and risks in the clauses of the memorandums or contracts.

Following Mr. Baki Maneche’s speech, Mrs. Mina Alavash pointed out the necessary points on how to write paragraphs and use specialized legal words in contracts and considered it necessary to take notes in the negotiation meeting in order to include them in the contract.

– Legal meeting with Italian lawyers

The legal meeting with the presence of Italian lawyers was held at 9:30 in one of Rome’s legal offices. In this meeting, Italian lawyers explained the rules of company registration, taxes, and business laws in Italy. Another topic raised in this meeting was how to arbitrate and defend according to the laws governing commercial contracts in Italian courts. In this meeting, the questions of the attendees were answered.

Dr. Pier Luigi d’Agata, the honorable secretary of the Italy-Iran Chamber of Commerce, was another guest who explained the necessary guidelines for Iranian businessmen to enter the Italian market. He warmly welcomed the presence of Iranian private sector business people and expressed the interest of Italian companies in many Iranian goods to be exported to Italy. In this meeting, they had discussions with Iranian CEOs and business owners about their activities in the Italian market.
