The second speaker, Prof. Jun Sugiura talked about productivity management and continuous improvement in organizations. Mr. Sugiura also pointed out the importance of Kaizen and its effect on productivity enhancement. In this seminar, many questions were raised about the implementation of the Kaizen plan in factories, which were answered by Prof. Sugiura. One of the important issues in Kaizen which the Professor pointed was; the managers should only listen to the consultants and should not implement their thinking and their ideology in the factory strategies, only guidance should be taken as they are not familiar with the structure and strategy of that company. The Kaizen experts should only help based on their experience and their techniques for execution and implementation.
At the end of the training session, in a ceremony, Prof.Sugiura, the director of the WBA organization and the professor of the Kaizen course, awarded certificates of attendance to each participant and took individual and group photos.
