Visiting the Suntory – Mineral Water Manufacturing Line
Venue: Yamanashi state, TOKYO
The first event of this Vocational Training tour was visiting the Suntory – Mineral Water manufacturing line- on 2nd July 2024, it was located 180 km outside Tokyo in Yamanashi state.
This factory was located in Yamanashi big park very similar to Jungle. Therefore, for the labeling of mineral water bottles, the images of flowers and birds of this great park were inspired.

Visiting the 11th Ad Creative & Marketing Expo – Tokyo
Venue: Big site TOKYO
We attended the 11th creative and marketing advertising exhibition in July and saw the latest advertising methods. With B2B in front of the booths, Iranian businesspeople were informed about the up-to-date knowledge of Japanese companies.

The third event – 5th July, the first speaker was Ms. Mina Alavash, whose topic was: essential points in international business contracts’ writing, including specialized vocabulary – introducing the parties to the contract or memorandum – the content and substance of the laws according to the negotiation conducted before writing and signing the contract. The second speaker, Prof. Jun Sugiura talked about productivity management and continuous improvement in organizations. Mr. Sugiura also pointed out the importance of Kaizen and its effect on productivity enhancement. In this seminar, many questions were raised about the implementation of the Kaizen plan in factories, which were answered by Prof. Sugiura. One of the important issues in Kaizen which the Professor pointed was; the managers should only listen to the consultants and should not implement their thinking and their ideology in the factory strategies, only guidance should be taken as they are not familiar with the structure and strategy of that company. The Kaizen experts should only help based on their experience and their techniques for execution and implementation.
The next session after training was the consultancy, which was with the WBA’s best consultants and the participants in the seminar.
At the end of the training session, in a ceremony, Prof.Sugiura, the director of the WBA organization, and Mr. Kazuo the CEO of WBA, awarded certificates of attendance to each participant and took individual and group photos.
