Visiting the KIA Motors Plant
The first Event was Held on August 20, 2024, with a Visit to Kia Motors Factory.
On August 20, 2024, we had our first event, which included a visit to the Kia Motors factory. This visit was organized for private sector economic activists, and members of the Asre Goftego Qalam (AGQ) Institute were in attendance. A welcoming banner was prepared for the occasion. Some managers from Kia Motors accompanied the group during the tour, which included visits to two workshops—one focused on constructing doors and bodies, and the other on assembling engines.
One of the most fascinating parts of the factory was the “car immersion section”, where several newly built cars were submerged in water. This process is used to test all the seams and layers of the vehicles to ensure their integrity.
The visit concluded with gifts and refreshments, followed by a farewell to the group.

Training seminar at INCHEON National University
The second Event was Held, at Incheon National University.
The second event occurred on August, 21st, 2024, at Incheon National University. The day featured practical training sessions on Digital Marketing Management and Strategic Management, taught by three instructors: Dr. Young Kyun Kim, Dr. Hyunjun (Sam) Park, and Ms. Mina Alavash.
During this training seminar, practical topics were discussed regarding the performance of managers and employees in company strategic management and how to optimize and effectively implement marketing strategies.
At the end of the sessions, each participant was awarded a certificate of attendance, and a group photo was taken to commemorate the event.
