The 2nd vocational training Tour to EU – France & Germany

The second vocational training tour in EU was started in Paris with Ferdoosi legal group with the topic of “Reviewing the challenges of international Commercial Contracts” on 31st Oct 2022 at the International business School (ISG).
In this training course, Mr. Baki Maneche and Mr. Jean- Charles Albitre , the lawyers and official legal authorities in France, raised the issue relevant to the principles of concluding International commercial contracts, which is announced as follows:
- Baki Maneche, the Consul consultant and representative of French Embassy in Iran & Central Asia
- Important points in the dispute and arbitration center as well as claims in the European reference courts.
- Jean-Charles Albitre, the lawyer of a justice and Paris Bar Association
- Important points of Incoterms 2020 rules in international commercial contracts – revision rules – introduction of successors and termination provisions
- Mina Alavash, the International affairs Director of AGQ – Business Contract Consultant
- Important points of the principles of writing and the order of writing the articles of law in contracts – the right using of specialized legal vocabulary in the texts and the recognition and identification of the signatories of the parties to the contract.

He announced that the transfer of money based on the rules of international trade is one of the essential principles of doing business with international markets and noted that the knowledge and awareness of the transfer of costs related to goods and their taxes is one of the main necessities of doing business with European markets. .
