The seminar began at 10:00 a.m. with a welcome from Ms. Alavash, International Director of Asre Qalam. Ms. Alavash emphasized the use of specialized legal terms, as well as observing the order of the legal provisions in the text of the contract or memorandum of understanding, as well as accurately identifying the signatories of the contract as one of the crucial steps in the process of drafting the contract.

Mr. Baki Maneche referred to important legal points in this session, such as introducing the parties to the contract – observing the order of the legal provisions in the text of the memorandum of understanding or contracts – the method of payment and details of the transfer of funds – resolving disputes and cooperating with consultants for advice and mediation – determining the place of arbitration and the court to resolve claims.

Jean Charles Albitre, the third speaker, presented important points regarding international commercial contracts. He addressed the challenges that may arise if legal principles are not observed, including termination of the contract, force majeure conditions, and resolving disputes through arbitration.

At the end of the seminar, the speakers answered the participants’ questions and provided further explanations.
