Vocational training tour of Europe – France & Germany January 20-28, 2023

Asre Goftegoo Qalam (AGQ) Institute and Ferdowsi Legal Law Office collaborated together in a meeting with the presence of 30 Iranian private sector businessmen in Paris to discuss and consult the important issues and challenges of international business contracts.

Mr. Backi Maneche and Mr. Jean Charles Albitre raised the basic and important challenges of Force majeure -Termination as well as Arbitration and Dispute resolution issues in international frameworks and standards.

Iranian businessmen considered the importance of the problems caused by a lack of knowledge of international standards in the discussion of arbitration and stated; foreign companies put forward some international laws in the termination of contracts for Iranian businessmen, especially in the case of exports, which are very serious and strict.

In this seminar, Mrs. Mina Alavash discussed the topics of International Commercial Contracts writing and the importance of paragraph writing, and also the parties’ signatories according to global legal principles.

In this seminar, Mr. Backi Maneche and Jean-Charles Albitre answered all the questions of the participants.

The meeting that was held after Paris with the presence of Iranian businessmen in Germany was in cooperation with Source of Commerce Co. In this meeting and seminar, which took place from 10:00 on February 25, Dr. Hein gave a speech about crisis management in difficult economic conditions in the morning time, and Mr. Astanaha gave important points about the management of exports and imports to Europe in the afternoon.

Some of Dr. Hein’s speeches are as follows:

– Which regions are affected by the consequences?

– For almost all economies, the signs of trade are negative.
